Guillaume started a travel industry career studying Hotel Management in Sydney and then pursued a degree in Travel & Tourism in the UK.
Of course nothing matters more than first hand experience. He spent the first 10 years of his career working in hotels and resorts of various sizes around the world, with most of his experience gained in managing room inventories, particularly online.
He then became the first employee hired by Booking.com in Australia when the company entered the market in 2008 and became part of the senior management team as the business grew over the past 10 years, with most of his time spent managing the Queensland and Pacific Islands regions.
He recently made the decision to relocate to Cairns and create PTIS in order to provide his knowledge and expertise to businesses looking to grow their revenues in this highly competitive market.
